2. Purposes of Processing
Personal data submitted through our website is processed to evaluate and respond to your project inquiries, to contact you, to prepare the technical documents and proposals you request, for review by our engineering team, to send you product and campaign updates where you have given explicit consent, and to fulfil our legal obligations.
3. Categories of Personal Data Processed
Through our project/contact form we process: identity data (full name), contact data (email address, phone number), customer transaction data (company name, country, project description), and any technical drawing files you upload. We also process limited processing-security data (cookie information) to remember your language preference while browsing our site; see our Cookie Policy for details.
4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the project/contact form on our website. It is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — being "directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" and "necessary for the data controller's legitimate interest, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms." Where you opt in to receive product and campaign updates, that processing is based on your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared only with the hosting and email infrastructure providers we work with, and with relevant authorities where requested by competent public bodies under legal obligation. Except as explicitly stated, your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes or sold.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and any statutory limitation periods, and in line with our legal retention obligations following the end of our business relationship. At the end of these periods, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it if so; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly; request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK; request that any correction or deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems; and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
8. How to Submit a Request
You may submit requests relating to the rights above, together with documents verifying your identity, to info@aksa.biz or in writing to Selahattin Eyyubi Mahallesi, 1631. Sokak No:28, 34517 Esenyurt/Istanbul, Türkiye. Requests will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on their nature.
